3.8 Any cancellation of an order must be made in writing. It does not entitle you to a refund of management fees already incurred on the file.
4. Price
4.1 The prices on the Site are expressed in euros excluding taxes (unless otherwise stated).
4.2 The prices in force are those appearing on the Site at the time of the order.
4.3 Prices may however be modified at any time and without notice by PRINT EUROPE, but will not impact the price of orders already registered.
5. Delivery and deadlines
5.1 The manufacturing times announced on our Site are estimates and given for information purposes only. The manufacturing time begins once the order has been placed, payment has been made, the files have been transmitted, checked and ready for printing.
5.2 Delivery will be made to the recipient's address provided in the order. PRINT EUROPE cannot be held responsible for any delivery errors due to an incorrect address provided by the User. Delivery can take place in France and the rest of the world.
5.3 Delivery times are given for information purposes only. PRINT EUROPE is no longer liable once the parcels have been taken over by the delivery company. Exceeding delivery times cannot result in any penalty or compensation to the User, nor can it be grounds for termination or cancellation of the order. Unconditional acceptance by the User or their agent/service provider covers any apparent defect or lack of conformity.
5.4 No damage related to transport may give rise to the contractual liability of PRINT EUROPE. If the User notices damage to the package, we advise them to make reservations to the carrier and take a photo of the damaged package.

8. Impression
8.1 The Services are printed on high-quality digital presses, roll-to-roll plotters and flatbed plotters to guarantee the best print result for the User.
8.2 On the other hand, the print rendering also depends on the quality and resolution of the file transmitted by the User (photo, image). PRINT EUROPE cannot be held responsible for poor print quality due to a low quality or low resolution file from the User.
8.3 The printed colors and the rendering may be different from the visual that the User sees on their screens (computer, tablet, telephone).
8.4 The User may opt to print a Proof (digital or paper). This proof is submitted to review the texts and check the presentation. The User's agreement cancels all previous instructions and releases PRINT EUROPE from liability, even for errors that may have escaped its notice.
8.5 PRINT EUROPE cannot be held responsible for errors made in a file if the User has provided his files without requesting proof.
9. Technical constraints and tolerances
9.1
For optimal printing, the files provided must have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.9.2 When shaping the products, there is a cutting tolerance of ± 2 mm which may result in the visual being off-center compared to the finished product; or in a finished product being slightly larger or smaller than the dimensions indicated on the site (while remaining within the tolerance).9.3 Colors may vary from one print to another; the same file printed several times may not be identical.
9.4
PRINT EUROPE cannot be held responsible for any printing, color, font, overprinting and knockout, or RGB to CMYK conversion defects, to the extent that these defects are present in the User's files.
9.5 All technical constraints are recorded in the PAO Guide downloadable from the Site.
10. Liability and guarantee of PRINT EUROPE
10.1 PRINT EUROPE undertakes to provide quality Services and smooth, trouble-free access to the Site, but does not guarantee an obligation of results to Users as external factors are important (quality of the User's internet connection in particular).
10.2 PRINT EUROPE reserves the right to modify the Site and the Services offered or to interrupt access to the Site at any time without prior notice to Users.
10.3 The User undertakes to comply with the PRINT EUROPE General Terms and Conditions and to compensate PRINT EUROPE in the event of any dispute, claim or conviction to which it is subject following non-compliance with the latter.

These general conditions are written in French and governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, only the French courts will have jurisdiction.
